My name is Dette van Zeeland and my mission is to build a world in which psychological safety, shared leadership, diversity of voices and equivalence are the norm.
The real waves arise between the surface and the undercurrent. Making Waves guides leaders and teams towards a culture of trust, equality and connection – with methods that make an impact and can be felt in your heart.
As a speaker, trainer and coach, I help people and organisations become agile, self-managing and effective.
We use a variety of methods to achieve this: from Sociocracy 3.0 to connective communication, from organisational rituals to personal leadership development.
Where trust and connection exist, flow and deep cooperation arise.
Together with teams and leaders, I build a mature organisational culture in which tensions are not avoided but embraced as fuel for growth. A culture where people enjoy taking ownership and feel involved.
