After a turbulent life, always searching for love, I am slowly waking up. To discover that I am love and that I create my dream life myself. I am a wave maker, who keeps teams and organisations moving.
As a personal coach, I help you become aware of your many abilities by bringing your shadow sides into the light.
As a speaker, trainer and organisational coach, I thoroughly enjoy guiding organisations and communities. So that they become a flowing system where collective wisdom is used optimally. And embrace a culture of trust where all perspectives are invited and we navigate through tensions.
With a wealth of principles and processes from Sociocracy 3.0, Deep Democracy, connective communication, systemic work, ancient wisdom and organisational rituals, I create connection, depth and renewal.
My expertise lies, among other things, in setting up an organisational model that organises polyphony, feedback and equality. An organisational structure that facilitates shared leadership and deals flexibly with change and complexity.
Embedded in a safe and open feedback culture. This holistic approach has a positive impact on both the surface and the undercurrent. I also enjoy facilitating team building, training and workshops, and giving memorable keynotes on these themes.
