Offer: Facilitating Collective Wisdom

Training and guidance for teams, organisations, co-housing communities, and intentional communities.

Collaborating from shared values is one of the most rewarding things there is. And one of the most challenging. How do we make decisions everyone feels heard in, address conflict in time, clarify roles, and build structures that stay human?

Tension is part of that. It signals that something wants to move. It can point to unspoken or unmet needs, roles or mandates that don't fit, decisions without real buy-in, or agreements that aren't being honoured.

Tension as compass

What if we learned to welcome tension, and use it as fuel for growth — drawing on the full range of collective wisdom?

In this brand-new workshop and training offer from Riet Bongaerts and me, you'll learn to work with tension constructively, meet collective needs, and collaborate in ways that connect. You'll discover how to take up — and share — ownership and leadership, both personally and collectively.

What we bring

Theory and practice. Structure and playfulness. Learning from experience — and celebrating the process.

We offer practical, in-depth training shaped around who you are. We combine proven methods — Sociocracy 3.0, Nonviolent Communication, Deep Democracy — with a warm, playful approach that leaves room for what's really alive in your group. We also bring in body awareness, ancient wisdom, and ritual, in accessible ways.

  • Sociocracy 3.0 — shared decision-making, clear roles, distributed ownership

  • Nonviolent Communication — communicating from needs, not judgement

  • Deep Democracy — every voice counts, including the dissenting ones

  • Body awareness and ritual — attention to conscious moments and group identity

  • Systemic work — making patterns visible, and breaking them

Our approach

Every session or training combines dynamic, in-depth content with connection, collaboration, and exchange. Body awareness has its place too. Each session is, in that way, a gift — something every participant takes away and can put into practice straightaway.

The common thread is navigating through tension, and learning to facilitate it, so collective wisdom can be used to its full potential. Theory, practice, and dialogue alternate, so you experience — consciously — what these methods bring, and how to facilitate them.

Practical
