Good to meet you here

As a transformation coach, I inspire and guide organisations and teams to work together more consciously and effectively, based on equivalence and shared leadership and ownership. I help organisations become a living system that harnesses collective wisdom, embraces a culture of trust and openness and a clear organisational structure that can handle continuous change and knows how to navigate via tension.

To do this, I use Sociocracy 3.0, Deep Democracy, Agile and Teal principles, non-violent communication, systemic work, ancient wisdom and rituals in the workplace to mark moments and create movement and transformation in teams and organisations. I inspire with dynamic formats and tools that invite all perspectives and promote cocreation, and I look systemically and holistically, both above and below the waterline. You can ask me to facilitate an organisational or team coaching trajectory, as well as a longer-term process, for workshops, training, facilitation and keynotes, as well as online and offline coaching.

In addition to working in organisations, I am a personal leadership coach, women's circle facilitator and ritual facilitator. In my coaching practice, Voice Dialogue, non-violent communication, body- and systemic work are important tools because they are very effective, quick and healthy ways to create wholeness and balance in your personal system. I facilitate you in waking up, being more in charge of yourself and living your true purpose. To live from your personal wisdom.

I love to meet you, share my experiences and knowledge with a lot of love and, together with others, organise regular Sociocracy 3.0 Meetups where we exchange and gain experience and expertise.

With Love,
Dette

Feedback from clients

‘Over a year, Dette assisted Namahn in reshaping its governance towards sociocracy.
By being both insightful and caring, she gained the trust of all stakeholders. Today,
our governance is better than ever, and we are running it by ourselves.’
— Joannes Vandermeulen, ceo Namahn
Many thanks for everything. It was a perfect team building event, with lots of engagement, active contribution, and positive feedback from colleagues. The programme was an excellent fit, with a good flow and vibe, and we also have quite a number of takeaways to build on.
— Agnes - European Institutions
‘Many thanks, for the presentation but especially for the teambuilding day. The feedback has been great, and I only wish it could have been a longer session (It lasted the whole day). We will be in touch concerning the next steps.’
— Tzeitel, European Institutions
‘A truly innovative practice. We are definitely open to doing more with this in the future.
’Thank you all, it was a rich experience! The foundation stone has been laid.... and in my opinion also the most important stone...because the concept of the organisational ritual has been accepted within the Federal Public Service at all levels....’
— Management and internal leaders Public Service Health Dep.
Dette actively puts out her feelers and thus works in a very focused way. What do you need or have energy for right now? In this way, she also steers during the session. You can also feel her extensive experience with smaller teams and mission-driven organisations. Ideal for us as a self-managing organisation in full development.
— Sander Van Parijs, Muntuit
‘Much respect for the way Dette takes her audience with her.’ ‘Dette inspires us to look very differently at our own role in collaboration.’ ‘Humility is the word that comes to mind.’ ‘We are going to start this tomorrow.’ ‘A breath of fresh air to learn how to decide like this’. ‘Haunting.’
— feedback from trainings, workshops and organisational coaching
In a calm, positive, inspiring and safe way, with space for emotions, Dette guided us to open ourselves to the exciting change process that is now ahead of us.
